Nascida em 1977, PuraViraLata* é um conceito renascido das iniciais de um nome pessoal de alguém que tem um "savoir faire" especial num universo visionário. Este conceito existiu num imaginário feminino rodeado de alfaiates e costureiras, dedais, linhas e botões, mas só agora foi assumido formalmente e materializado no papel e com as pessoas com quem priva e colabora...As peças são exclusivas e genuínas, visualizadas e concebidas para finalizarem como pormenor de destaque que cada uma merece ter... A nossa postura, quer no dia a dia quer num contexto específico imprime uma "etiqueta" pessoal no nosso quotidiano físico e imaginário. A isto poderemos chamar de impressão digital da nossa identidade como seres humanos. A identidade não se encerra num capítulo, ela estará sempre em permanente mutação...

Marilyn Monroe may already be a fashion inspiration to many (Lindsay Lohan's leggings, perhaps?), but now, she's about to have a renaissance: designer Victor Carranza (who created many custom designs for Monroe herself) is launching House of Monroe, a luxury collection inspired by the icon. The brand's licensees have obtained the master license from the Marilyn Monroe estate, and are the only companies with the actual rights to reproduce Monroe's image. William Klein - Since the beginning of fashion photography around the year 1900, the imagination of the photographer has attempted to transform the model and the garment into something artful: more than just a photograph showing a woman wearing a dress. by injection fantasy through the use of hair styles and make-up, and experiments in composition. the photographs span klein's entire career up to the present, with particular emphasis on his fashion photography, surreal images which have influenced generations of fashion photographers. his innovations have not only been technological, but also philosophical: he encouraged his models to 'act' rather than just to 'pose', and his 'street esthetics' opened up a new dimension in fashion photography.
